for motivating and inspiring every reader and teaching word of God
1 Peter 5:6-7 offers profound wisdom on humility and trust:
"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
These verses remind us of the virtue of humility. It's a gentle encouragement to prioritize humility over self-promotion. When we humble ourselves, we acknowledge our reliance on something greater than ourselves, recognizing our limitations and imperfections. In this humility, there's room for growth, learning, and genuine connections with others.
Self-promotion often stems from insecurity or a desire for validation. But when we trust in a higher power and cast our anxieties upon it, we find a sense of peace and security that doesn't depend on the approval of others. Instead of boasting about our achievements or talents, we can focus on serving others, lifting them up, and creating meaningful relationships based on mutual respect and support.
So let's embrace humility, knowing that true success and fulfillment come not from exalting ourselves, but from recognizing our place in the grand scheme of things and trusting in the journey that lies ahead.
Asset vs Liability
Son: Dad, may I speak with you?
Dad: Go ahead.
Son: Among all my classmates, I am the only one without a car. It is embarrassing.
Dad: What do you want me to do?
Son: I need a car. I don't want to feel odd.
Dad: Do you have a particular car in mind?
Son: Yes dad (smiling)
Dad: How much?
Son: 200,000 pesos
Dad: I will give you the money on one condition.
Son: What is the condition?
Dad: You will not use the money to buy a car but invest it. If you make enough profit from the investment, you can go ahead and buy the car.
Son: Deal.
Then, the father gave him a cheque of 200,000 pesos. The son cashed the cheque and invested it in obedience to the verbal agreement that he had with his father.
Some months later, the father asked the son how he was faring. The son responded that his business was improving. The father left him.
After some months again, the father asked him about his business
again and the son told him that he is making a lot of profit from the business.
When it was exactly a year after he gave him the money, the father asked him to show him how far the business has gone. The son readily agreed and the following discussion took place:
Dad: From this I can see that you have made a lot of money.
Son: Yes dad.
Dad: Do you still remember our agreement?
Son: Yes
Dad: What is it?
Son: We agreed that I should invest the money and buy the car from the profit.
Dad: Why have you not bought the car?
Son: I don't need the car again. I want to invest more.
Dad: Good. You have learnt the lessons that I wanted to teach you.
- You didn't really need the car, you just wanted to feel among. That would have placed extra financial obligations on you. It wasn't an asset then; but a liability.
- Two, it is very important for you to invest in your future before living like a king.
Son: Thanks dad.
Then the father gave him the keys of the latest model of that car.
MORALS:
1. Always invest first before you start living the way you want.
2. What you see as a need now may become a want if you can take a little time to get over your feelings.
3. Try to be able to distinguish between an asset and a liability so that what you see as an asset today will not become a liability to you tomorrow.

H: She doesn't work, She's only a housewife.
P: Who makes breakfast for your family in the morning?

H: She wakes up at around 5am because she cleans the house first before making breakfast.

H: My wife takes them to school, because she doesn't work.
P: After taking ur kids to school, what does she do?
H: She goes to the market, then goes back home for cooking and laundry. You

P: In the evening, after you go back home from office, what do you do?
H: Takes a rest because I’m tired due to all day's work.
P: What does your wife do then?
H: She prepares meals, serving our kids, preparing meals for me and cleaning
the dishes, cleaning the house then taking kids bed.
***Whom do you think works more from the story above???
The daily routines of your wives commence from early morning to late night and
you called that DOESN'T WORK?
Yes, being housewives do not need certificate of Study, even high position,
but their role/part is very important!
Appreciate your wives because their sacrifices are uncountable, this should be a
reminder and reflection for all of us to understand and appreciate each others
roles.
***All about a woman***
When she is quiet, millions of things are running in her mind.
When she stares at you she is wondering why she loves you so much in spite of
being taken for granted.
When she says I will stand by you she will stand by you like a rock.
Never hurt her or take her wrong for granted.
A very heart touching message by a
woman.
Someone asked her, Are you a working woman or a housewife?
She replied:
Yes, I am a full-time
working housewife.

***Dedicated to all women***
Woman has the most unique character like salt, her presence is never

Share to every woman to make her smile and to every man to make him realize a
woman's worth.
