They’ll create business processes alongside the CEO/COO to help bring structure and organization to the business. We want someone to help our business function better and smoother.

The Project manager will coordinate and monitor tasks/projects to ensure efficient and fast delivery. They’ll also keep team members accountable and ensure high productivity. They’ll use tools like Hubstaff/Notion to build out workflows for employees and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects
- Create and ensure business processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Create tasks and follow up with task owner
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
