OUR ISP HAS REPORTED THAT THEIR CIRCUIT IS CURRENTLY AFFECTED BY ONGOING SUBMARINE CABLE FAULT.
SLOW INTERMITTENT CONNECTION MAY EXPERIENCE DURING PEAK HOURS.
BUT THEY ARE NOW WORKING TO PROVIDE ALTERNATE CAPACITY THAT WOULD RESTORE THE BROWSING EXPERIENCE IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

We are saddened to inform you that due to the severity of the network problem from our Internet Service Provider's side, restoring the network could take until tomorrow. Upon inspection of the uplink device, a software malfunction has been detected and would need a replacement to restore the network. We apologize for the delay of the restoration.

Our INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER'S technician is already on site. It will take some time before the internet will be restored. Rest assured that internet service will resume within the day. Thank you.

Our Internet service is down as of the moment. Our Internet Service Providers' Uplink Device has crashed down after the power outage causing internet downtime and wont boot up. We have already contacted our ISP on this problem and they have responded that they will send a team for inspection. No time table has been issued. We deeply apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.

TECHNICAL ADVISORY:
Technical Problem on Satellite Transmission (August 4, 2022)
Please be informed that we are encountering technical problem on our satellite transmission (Intelsat 19) that started 1720H PHT today, August 4, 2022 and still ongoing.
This was due to both our International Private Line (IPL) connection to Intelsat are down.
Our primary IPL (Skybiz) was down since Wednesday, July 27, 2022 which was affected by the earthquake that struck north of the Philippines and restoration process is ongoing but would take some time due to the extent of the damages.
We had escalated this issue with our back up IPL provider (PLDT) for immediate restoration.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

If your router is not emiting a red light and you still have no internet connection then please unplug your router and plug it again. If you see your router is emiting a red light then do not attempt to reset or do anything. Please wait a little longer for full fiber restoration.
