We were overwhelmed by a lot of messages so we’ll just post some of the general details:

Yes, we are selling the ownership of the place.

📌All equipments in the resto - functional kitchen, cashier and etc; some of which are as follows:
* 2 freezers, 1 chiller

- Our average net income since we opened the store August last year is around 15,000-20,000. With very minimal management, since the owners were also engaged with other stuff.
- Yes, we were able to pay all the monthly operating expenses - rent, electrical and water bills, staff salary including some benefits. (53k-55k) (excluding the monthly stocks)
- We are only selling this because we cannot manage it anymore due to some unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
