Diana Rose Opon, Rice Seed Inspector led/supervised the team for seed sampling to assure that rice seed produce and distributed to our local rice farmers in Zamboanga del Sur are good quality planting seeds. This rice sample seeds will delivered to Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for laboratory test/analysis, before it will distributed to farmers as Certified Seeds.

Heads Up! as Coffee Harvest Season is on going ZamboSurians

The Provincial Agriculture Office - ZamboSur monitored the coffee farmer in the Province as the harvest season is on going. The harvest season of coffee start in the of October to December.
Eddie Baylin, Coffee Consultant together with Adrian B. Rabe, Agricultural Technician conducted monitoring and assessment of there coffee farm.

Generando Ruizal , from Sacbolan, San Pablo with 3,000 standing coffee trees.
Cristopher Vicera from Poblacion, San Pablo with estimated 15,000 up standing coffee trees.

These, coffee farmer in San Pablo are potential to produce coffee beans this harvest season.
