Structural soundness begins with the right depth, astute soil analysis, the required cement ratio for the footings, tie beams and columns, and the right number and thickness of the steel bars for the columns, tie beams and footings.

Sa 4-J Construction di tinipid ang bakal: 8 pieces of 16mm for each of the exterior columns; 12 pieces of 16 mm steel bars for the inner columns at 16mm for the footings. Cement ratio is 1:2:3.

Safety and structural integrity cannot be compromised. Medyo mabigat sa bakal at cemento pero magaan naman sa isipan.

Day 7

Built the barracks and storage area; excavated all 17 holes for the house columns, done and finished metal fabrication for all the columns and footings, partially concreted 6 of the columns and footings, constructed the Meralco post, and killed a cobra that came out from the diggings. And we still have Saturday to inch farther.

Quite fast for a start. Constant monitoring, actual evaluation and studied ex*****on save time and resources...
