Hello Renters! in lieu of the Gas prices maintaining on its all time high since the month of June. We would like to inform you that we will start to charge delivery fee within Panglao, Baclayon, Dauis and Tagbilaran.

Starting on August 1, 2022 all reservation and renters will be subject to delivery charges below.

Delivery charges may Apply on these areas.
✔ Tagbilaran - 50 Pesos
✔ Dauis - 100 pesos
✔ Baclayon - 150 pesos
✔ Panglao - 200 pesos

For those who wish to pick up their unit, You may proceed to Liteport Centre Tagbilaran City Bohol.

We do this to continue servicing you despite the high Gas price that is happening in the Philippines.

✔ Rest assured that once the Gasoline price gets back to normal we will bring back our free delivery service within the said area.

✔ PS. Reservation made from the previous months for our August client will still be able to enjoy our free Drop off and pick up service.
