Hi Centralian💕we feel the excitement, we’ve seen overwhelming attendance confirmation and this makes our ❤️ so full…

Hence, as to our tent accomodations as much as we wanted to give you one designated tent per batch we can only do so much due to the limited availability of tents in our area. Yes the Org Com pledges half of the amount of the tents but provided sharing tent based on cluster and ofcourse considering number of attendees each bach clustered.

However if the batch opted to own one tent and no sharing going solo- we apologize that we cannot share the half as we need to get more tents in to accomodate other batches left out without shelter.

Again let us not worry on this doable and manageable arrangements. I ask your kind consideration to give us few moment to segregate and arranged our tents accordingly with the confirmed attendance. Allow us to arrange this for you, rest assured we are doing as much to provide all of us ease and comforts in anyway possible including the defray of the cost of tents.

For further deets- you may message me personally or call me 09816345131. But for now lets stay cool and give us sometime to consolidate attendees per batch and numbers. We will give you updates once consolidation is done. Also, We urge other batches who have not yet pre reg to please do it now while we still have time to group and arrange our tents accordingly. Last Call will be tomorrow 12nnn for your confirmed batch attendance.

Yes, All of us will have a place and space to shelter and enjoy within the duration of the event.

3*3 - 900 white color tent not homstar brand( orig price 700 plus 200 transport)

3*6 - 1200 ( orig price 1,000)

6*6 - 2700 ( orig price 2500)

Automatic plus 200 for delivery, pickup and installation..

This is to inform all batches who pre- register that the organizing committee has allocated half of the amount for each tent- meaning half will be shouldered by batch…

However in an event that the batch opt to go solo on the tents provided, the org com waives the half obligation of each tents- and if by chance you will choose the bigger tent size- org com will only shoulder the price of 3*3 in half and the batch shoulders the price difference overall.

Comment down your batch and the tent you opt to have.. Pwede ra mag share ug tent ang batches nga gamay rag attendees.. please comment to reserve ..
