NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:

Magandang araw!

FYI. Ang aming dental clinic at nakipag-partner sa isang Advertising Company (SIC) upang ipromote ang clinic sa Parañaque. Sa hindi inaasahan na pagkakataon ay nagkaroon ng kalituhan at kaguluhan sa ibang explanations ng mga agents na nagbenta sa mga tao na bumili.
Advertising company agents po sila at hindi po sila empleyado ng aming dental clinic kagaya nang pakilala ng iba sa kanila.
(Lans Montemayor, Len Sotoo, Andrew Pidoy, Raymart, Joy Gozo, Vivian, Nancy, Jhek Monis).
May mga reklamo kaming natanggap laban sa karamihan ng agents na nagbenta dahil sa wrong, misleading informations at false hopes na kanilang ibinigay.
Hindi din po sila authorized magbigay ng schedule, ang clinic staff lang po ang magbibigay ng schedule.
Kasalukuyan na po namin itong sinasangguni ng legal para magawan ng hakbang at solusyon.

"Totoo po ba ang voucher?"

Legit po ang vouchers na inyong nabili, tinatanggap po ito ng clinic pero dahil sa bilang ng tao na nakabili ay matatagalan na po ang susunod na available na schedule. As of today July 13 ay 2nd week of September na po ang susunod na available schedule.
Hindi po ito "membership card" lalo "VIP card" na ipaprioritize ang member kapag may voucher na hawak.

Isang taon po ang validity, nakasulat po sa likod ng voucher ang "JULY 30, 2024". Kung isang taon po ang validity ay dapat JULY 30, 2023 pa ang simula ng promo pero dahil sa mali at kulang na information na naipamahagi na nang mga agents ay nagkaroon ng naguluhan o kalituhan kaya simula JUNE 05, 2023 ay tumatanggap na kami ng voucher holder patients.

Simula JUNE 05, 2023 ay tumanggap na kami ng voucher holder patients at mga schedules of appointments.
Katulad po ng karamihan ng mga establishments/office ay ipinapatupad namin ang "first come, first serve" or "1st scheduled appointment made, 1st serve" dahil sa NO WALKIN policy ng clinic.
Ang mga voucher holder patients po na mas nauna nang nagpaschedule ng appointment ay nagawa na o nabigyan na po ng mas maagang petsa ng appointment.
Inuuna din po ng clinic ang mga may "urgent" concern katulad ng "toothache" o sakit ng ngipin.
Humihingi po kami ng pacensya sa mga hindi nasasagot na tawag, sms at facebook messages. Sa dami po ng sabay sabay na tawag at messages ay delayed na po madalas ang amin reply.

Ang ₱499 na inyong ibinayad ay hindi napunta sa amin dental clinic kundi sa Advertising Company. Wala po kami official name list ng mga nakabili.
Maaari ninyo pa din gamitin ang promo voucher, kaunting pacensya at paghihintay lamang po sa scheduling.
Kung may reklamo o magrerequest po ng possibleng "refund" ay maaari lamang itext or tawagan ang kanilang General Manager, Jimz Valdez 09951961692.
(Hindi na po nakikipag-communicate ang kanilang manager sa amin owner kaya mangyari lang po na kayo na po ang personal na kumausap sa kanilang manager).

Appointment dates given or promised by anyone not affiliated with the clinic, especially the agents, will NOT be acknowledged.

We request voucher holders to PLEASE understand that we do NOT have any list of names of people who bought the vouchers.
Scheduling appointment is a "first come first serve" basis, please understand that we are dealing with not only voucher holder patients but also out beloved regular patients.
PLEASE bear with us and have a little more patience.

P.S. Life is hard enough, earning money is tough so be wise in spending. FYI, not even a peso goes to the clinic from those vouchers, all sales will go to the advertising company.
Those advertising agents are NOT under employment of our clinic, they are from an advertising company therefore we won't be accountable for any misinformation or false promises coming from them.
The goal of the agreement between the clinic and the advertising company is to promote quality and AFFORDABLE dental care the clinic is offering NOT to scam people of their money.
