Basic documents to be presented:
• valid passport of at least 6months from date of departure
• valid visa (if required to destination)
• boarding pass
• roundtrip ticket (if necessary)

If sponsor is a non-relative or a legal/judicial entity
• Original affidavit of support and guarantee

• Substantial proof of relationship
• If a legal/juridical entity, sponsor’s registration papers

If traveling with a local sponsor

Starting November 1, 2022, an eArrival Card will be required from all inbound travelers arriving in the Philippines prior to departure from their country of origin.

The Bureau of Quarantine observes an e-Arrival Card scan-and-go system in our airports for ease of travel. To ensure the enjoyment of this, arriving travelers should register for an eArrival Card within 72 hours prior to their departure via onehealthpass.com.ph or by scanning the blue code above.
