Patient is all smiles after some dental work done on his upper 4 front teeth,- Root Canals, Composite Fillings, and finally, a Porcelain Fixed Bridge.

On the spot Porcelain Crown Repair of patient's 2 upper Incisors of his fixed bridge.

💢Problem:...Partly Chipped-off porcelain on the left canine.
💢Solution:...Did on the spot direct repair using Porcelain Repair Kit, Opaquer, and light curable composite filling.

🎴Patient had many dental issues on initial check up. Multiple extractions and restorations for both upper and lower done, and finally good-fitting dentures for those missing teeth.

Nice smile achieved after installing few porcelain crowns and partial denture in front.😁🤗

Pt is 84yrs old with existing comorbidities, thus radical dental procedures not possible.
Solution was to fabricate a one-pc metal framework processed on Flexite material for his upper denture. And then, direct composite veneers on his remaining anteriors for esthetics and function.

Lateral tooth decay of patient's proximal space (Class 1V M),- photos before and after restorarion.

Problem: Patient exhibited badly carioused right central tooth and was so bothered by its appearance.
Solution: Restored its anatomy with light cure composite and saved the tooth altogether.
* Used Beautifil nanohybrid composite , shades A2, B20 and Incisal.

Patient's upper front teeth showed abrasions and cracks, with obvious spacing in between.
To save time and money, patient decided for a one-seating composite restorations, instead of lab processed Porcelain veneers.

Esthetic filling of a distal Class IV cavity of patient's right upper central.
* note that the left central decay not yet done. To follow.

💢Work Done on Pt's Upper : - porcelain fixed bridge 3Units in front, and flexite denture for the missing teeth at the back.

Problem : Short uneven incisal edges and stained cervical erosions (near the junction of the gums)
Solution : Esthetically restored all exposed lesions, lengthened and reshaped front teeth.

Stayplate Partial - for 1 missing tooth (also for more than 1 missing) . Could be used as immediate/temporary while waiting for an assembled denture after extraction.

Restored patient's upper right central tooth, too blackish to ignore. Now patient can bring back her nice smile.

Teeth Whitening.. 4 shades lighter achieved after 3 cycles of 20min each cycle, chairside procedure.

Nice smile achieved with new set of upper partial denture.

Restored esthetically patient's 2 stained and worn out upper centrals with light cure composite.

Worn out, stained and carious upper front teeth, replaced with a direct Composite veneers (light cured).

1). Dental Problem : Misaligned and loose dentures due to repeated denture repairs. Pt also exhibited receeding gums.
Patient could hardly chew.

2). Solution :..Restored with light cure remaining natural teeth, and change of new denture set. Patient has better smile and can eat better now.

*Patient needed to have her upper front fixed due to stained worn-out fillings.
*Job done : Direct composite veneers on 2 upper centrals to make them look esthetically appealing.

*Upper: Patient lost his upper fixed bridge due to freak accident, leaving one mobile abutment tooth. Extracted and fabricated full acrylic denture.
*Lower:, Patient wears lower porc fixed bridge that cracked and chipped due to wear and tear. .. Did instant repair to make it new and usable again for a longer time. P&R Repair Kit by SHOFU).

Pictures show female patient's missing front teeth and few molars. Changed her old loose upper denture from plastic to flexite, making it more esthetically appealing and functionally acceptable. .

Changed her old and flat receeding set of dentures to a new set that can achieve a softer jawline and fuller mouth.
Material used: Lucitone HIPA

Old worn out and ill-fitting upper plastic denture...changed into new Flexible upper partial, exposing better looking teeth and a happy smile. 😃.

Pt has decay and stains on his slightly rotated left central tooth. Fixed the problem with light cure composite.

Work done:
Crown Build-up of patient's fractured lateral tooth using Kerr Construct Fibre thread and light cure composite.

Prob & Solutions:
1). Missing 4 upper front teeth.
*Fabrication of acrylic partial.
2). Space in her lower front teeth.
*Closed space with composite light cure resin.

Problem: Pt presented 3mm space in her upper midline, and upper central that became loose due to freak accident.
TX done: Extraction of central, light cure filling of lateral and fabrication of Flexite partial.

Fabrication of new set of Upper and Lower Partials using US plastic teeth on Flexite gum material (elastic nylon resin). .

1).Denture Problem: - loosely fitting full dentures due to wear & tear, and receeding, aging gums.
2).Fabricated new set with emphasis on esthetics and function resulting to perfect fit and better smile.

Upper Partial Denture with acrylic teeth on Flexite (rubberized) gingiva, a better option than plastic resin.

Patient presented a badly carioused upper 4 front teeth.
After oral prophylaxis (cleaning), major work done include:
Light cure restorations of 2 leftside teeth on front and back aspects, extraction of 2 upper rightside front and finally, fabrication of acrylic partial denture.

Partial denture featured below is a Valplast (rubberized) denture,- non invasive, comfortable, and esthetically appealing.

Problem: Migration of teeth and recession of gums resulting to proximal spaces.
Treatments done: Deep Scaling, extraction, fitting of new porcelain fixed bridge.
