This patient came to me (female) complaining of sore throat at difficulty of swallowing. Then upon check up, it confused me kasi dis is not an ordinary singaw. What I did, I talked to the patient privately. I askd her, when was the last time u had s*x? Have u had a multiple s*xual partner? Did u do a**l s*x? U do orals*x? All wer answered as NO. (I have to ask such kasi Im suspecting an STD).

So inulit ko ang questions, suddenly she said yes po we do oral s*x and I only have one s*xual partner. I said oh okay. Is it okay for you if u go on a biopsy? Yes. So after 2days, she came back, and there we go, She is positive for PharYngeal Gonorrhea infection. 😔

Ngaun, anu ba ang gonorrhea? Eto lecture tayo konti, 👉🏻 ang gonorrhea e klase ng infection na nakukuha tru oral or s*xual contact, Neiserria Gonorrhea ang tawag sa organism na nag ccause ng infection, paano ito na nkkuha ng isang tao? Hindi ko na papalalimin pa, Main cause is having multiple s*xual partner, sbi ni patient ko She only have 1 s*xual partner (daw) Question is yung partner mo ba 1 s*xual partner din? Obviously hinde, for u para mag ka STD. diba. Although self curing ung sakit na yan pero pag napabayaan e pede sa kumalat sa buong katawan at maginh Dessiminated Gonorrhea.

Ngayon eto na ang usapang mature, ang FE****IO or blowjob/mouth contact to the p***s at ang CU*******US o mouth contact sa va**na ORAL s*x e aminin naman natin yan ay essentials sa make love ng isang mag kasintahan diba? im not saying na it is right, what im saying is we have to be clean.
