Dati, mahilig ako sa J’s, sa gshock/relo, sapatos na medyo pricey, nike, collection ng cap, di ako napapalagay sa 5 o anim lang na tsinelas, gadgets, atbp.
Pero kasi lahat pala yun di tumataas value. Lalo na pag na-stock yung iba nasisira.

So dito na ako. Tumataas ang value. At nagagamit mo pa for emergency purposes.
Actually hinihikayat ko pa close friends ko to invest. Pinapa layaway ko yung mga gold ko para makapag invest din sila. Kung hindi kaya ng budget nila makabili.

Atleast, kahit sabihan kang puro ka porma, tumataas naman ang value. ☺️

Kaya go lang kayo. Ipon ng gold. Mapapamana nyo pa sa mga anak nyo. 🫰🏻

Hi there Mr.Chinkee Tan.. avid fan here... Specially sa mga ipon tips...thank you sa mga ideas mo.. Anyway.. gusto ko lang e share at mag inspire ng kapwa ko online seller at the same time nagwork sa isang private company before.. Nag work po ako ng 15 years sa isang pvt company as manager po..to be honest, hanggang sa pagkain, damit at kaunting ipon lang talaga napupunta yung sweldo, minsan di pa dumating ang sweldo na cash advance ko na,..

3 yrs ago..i decided na mag sideline ng isang business na kaya isabay sa work ko..at tanging pag oonline selling lang puwede tlaga sa mga nagtatrabaho regular . Since wala ako puhunan, sumugal ako at nangutang sa isang cooperative bank(ficco) to start an online business, at since dami na nag oonline, naghanap ako ng business na wala maxado kopetenxa at isa na dito yung pag aalahera.. super hard yung start ko kasi na scam ako 2 times ng supplier sa manila..

And to think na loan pa yung puhunan ko..na scam ako ng 55k, at 120k lang yung naloan ko sa bagsak talaga at start palang.. muntikan ng sumuko pero buti nalang i had a very supportive MIU bf..na nagpromise e go ko parin ang pag aalahera at willing xang magback up anytime kelangan ko additional puhunan..

At thanks god nakatagpo ako ng isang legit at mabait na supplier din.. di ako inakala na nasa business pala talaga ang pera..sa 15 yrs ko sa pagwork sa pvt company..isang kwentas lang nabili ko worth 5k, pero sa pag oonline.. ito na..more than 600k worth na naipon kong alahas at partida pa jan na paid ko ang carloan namin sa loob ng 2 years...thanks god talaga sa blessings at sa mga idea ng mag expert na na eshe-share dito sa social media..

P.S. i resigned na pala sa work..at nag fofocus na ako sa online selling ngayon while waiting sa aming biggest blessing to come out(my baby bb boy,preggy po ako)
And i guess... Online selling is perfect talaga sa akin lalo na ngayon maging mommy na para 24hours ko kasama bb ko while making money at the same time..
