Proper ventillation is key to a more efficient kitchen. We always tell our clients, we can skimp elsewhere but not with the Exhaust and Fresh air systems. The EXHAUST SYSTEM is composed of the Rangehood,ducting and blower.
It’s most crucial job is for the comfort and ease of the kitchen staff because it “pulls” the smoke/steam/odor up and throw it outside the kitchen.
The FRESH AIR SYSTEM supports the Exhaust system by bringing in Fresh/Clean air for the kitchen staff to breathe.
