前に投稿いたしました中で、まずは
胡元正氏が考案したオリジナルの【CT62 コーヒードリッパー】
を改めて紹介させていただきます◎

①フィルターボウル内側の角度62度・24個の溝の分布密度
62度の角度は、Hario V60 01/02の各ペーパーとドリッパーがぴったりと密着するよう計算されました。従来のHario V60のドリッパーよりも フィルターとの密着度が上がることで 一貫した抽出が実現します。
そして溝に関しては 胡元正氏が最適で均一な抽出流量を目指しテストを繰り返し達した結果です。詰まりにくく、苦味がない抽出が実現します。

②形状と深さ
水噴射方式は親和性が高く、中心の定点から広範囲の円まで均一に抽出できます。
①で記載したものにこの要素が加わることで抽出の流れがスムーズになります。

③デザイン性
ドリッパーの焼成を逆さまにすることで ドリッパーを覆うつや消しの釉薬が上から下に徐々に厚くなり、エレガントな山頂を優しく覆う雪の薄い層のようなグラデーション効果を産み出しています。

ドリップコーヒーを普段から楽しんでいる方はもちろん、普段はエアロプレスやコーヒーメーカーをお使いの方も、これから自分で抽出をしてみたい！な方も、コーヒーを生活の中に取り入れてみようかな、な方も！

As you might already have noticed, after a rather brisk soft opening, we got an early taste of success with a good following. However, after a few weeks, we encountered a huge issue with the power supply which we definitely need for our projected heavy operations.
As such, we could not offer our full menu everyday as some items require continuous power supply which we desperately need.
Our current supply only allows us to offer our full line of coffee drinks and a number of food items.
Rest assured that we are doing our level best to solve this problem and we’re as eager as you are to have this settled. We’re hoping to achieve this in the soonest possible time.
In the meantime, we remain open to give you what we are here for in the first place… absolutely great specialty coffee!
