The design concept draws inspiration from the fluid, interlaced movements of 18 distinct sports, seamlessly woven into the arena's architectural form. This dynamic structure embodies the essence of harmony and sportsmanship, reflecting the rhythm and energy of athletic competition.

The infinity form also unites the universities' colors symbolizing strength in unity, with architecture featuring varied colored lights for each university.

UAAP needs a physical home to embody their legacy, where they can nurture future athletes and foster a culture of excellence, care, and unity in sports, country, God and community.

After being awarded the highest LEED certification, GLAS becomes the only development in the Philippines to receive a LEED Platinum Certification (Core & Shell) in 2022. It is also one of the major projects responsible for making the Philippines one of the Top 10 Countries and Regions for LEED.

Every start of the day begins with a new energy, fresh from the commute and bustle of the city. One of the proposed designs for this future office development takes that approach with an iconic entrance. With its design simulating a cavern, this is one ingenious feature that greets entrants and pedestrians from the busy crosswalks, as well as motorists.

Complementing the grand entrance is the façade’s fin cladding covering the building, awakening memories of the nearby ocean shoreline. Through this grandiose design, it opens up the discoveries and possibilities of a world waiting to be experienced.

Hovering over the dynamic Macapagal Boulevard is one of the Bay Area’s most innovative office developments, whose sleek façade and glass fenestration bear infinite possibilities.

Eastfield Center takes in a contemporary aesthetic, evident on its all-glass façade, brisk lighting and sable hues. The refined exterior gives way to its elusive sustainable features. The glass installation itself enables the glaring heat to be reduced. Its dark tint, along with the curved LED Display, creates a radiant interplay of glass and light.

Residents can be greeted by the splendid views and the striking radiance from the sunrays, evoking the sense of escape to paradise. From its location to the vicinity’s ambiance, this proposed development will be set as a gateway to an elevated bayside lifestyle.

Gradients of amber pass through its glass windows, bringing a warm coziness to every corner. The floor-to-ceiling glass installation provides breathtaking sunlit views. And every logistical aspect of the structure, from the design to its location, correlates with the passage of light.

A standout from traditional cantilevered balconies in buildings and houses, the development’s balcony serves as a front-row showcase to the bayside’s finest sunsets. Through its curved corners bordered by a crystal-clear glass railing, its uninterrupted width evokes of a fathomless flow of a pristine lifestyle that is elevated by views of nature’s panoramic marvels.
