In the morning of August 23, 2024, the YSLEPs of Sta. Clara de Montefalco Parish - Pasay went to Our Lady of Airways Parish - Pasay and attended the Mass of the Holy Spirit, YSLEP Orientation, and the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of the new YSLs. Besides the YSLs, the parents/guardians of the new YSLs, Bro Ruel Palma, Sis Ising Calpe, and Bro Philip Gorospe were also there and attended the program.

Congratulations to the new scholars, congratulations to the scholars on their new academic year!

Caritas Manila’s Youth Servant Leadership and Education Program (YSLEP) celebrated the graduation of 1,178 Youth Servant Leaders for school year 2023-2024. https://tinyurl.com/yh32x6wf

On August 18, 2024, from 10 AM to 12:20 PM, the YSLEP scholars from Santa Clara de Montefalco Parish in Pasay City gathered for their monthly meeting. New and old YSLEPs attended the Meeting with their parents. Alongside them are Bro. Ruel Palma, Sis. Ising Calpe, and Bro. Philip Gorospe.

The meeting consisted of reading and reflecting on the Holy Gospel, introducing New YSL Scholars and their parents, election of Vice President and Secretary (for S.Y 2024-2025), reports on school and church activities, and signing the MMR.

Happy Feast of Pentecost! 🕊🔥

PENTECOST SUNDAY
We celebrate today Pentecost Sunday and rejoice for the gift of the Holy Spirit. This day marks the end of the Easter Season. It is also the last day when we would pray the Regina Caeli. One beautiful tradition of marking the end of the Easter Season is the procession of the Paschal Candle to the baptistry of a church.

On May 12, 2024, the YSLEP scholars from Santa Clara de Montefalco Parish in Pasay City gathered for their monthly meeting. Alongside them were Bro. Ruel Palma, Bro. Philip Gorospe, and Sis. Ising Calpe. The meeting consisted of reading and reflection on the Holy Gospel, reports on school and church activities, and the signing of the MMR.

𝗬𝗦𝗟𝗘𝗣 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲'𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The YSLEP Scholars Candidates for the A.Y. 2024-2025 together with their parents attended a recent meeting held at Sta. Clara De Montefalco Parish - Pasay. Msgr. Matt Claro Garcia, our Parish Priest provided inspirational messages, reminding the aspiring scholars that a scholarship is a gift and that commitment is a form of thanksgiving. They were also encouraged to be witnesses to God's goodness.

The event was further graced by the presence of Bro. Ruel Palma (Scholarship Ministry Head and Parish YSLEP Coordinator), Sis Mary Angelene Balais (Parish YSLEP President), Sis Ising Calpe (Assistant - Scholarship Ministry), and Bro. Philip Gorospe (PSSDM Head), who all delivered messages and shared their insights.
