We are “Ramen Pro Shop”, the total ramen business solution provider for those entrepreneurs to venture in a Japanese restaurant business. Founder Jin was in the food industry from the corporate side for more than a decade, although finding himself more passionate with the cooking itself. After going through professional training both in Japan and United States, his passion of expanding the Ramen culture more in the Asia brought him to the Philippines back in 2016.

Ramen is one of the most difficult cuisine fully accessing to the open source of its authentic method of cooking unless having yourself physically behind the kitchen. Even in the kitchen, pretty much no manual exists, ending up the day just running around with complete manual tasks and 10 hours of mixing the pot just for the broth cooking. These facts were also hardening especially foreigners to access to the Ramen as from the business operator’s point of view.

Our proprietary Ramen noodles and soups uses the key ingredients imported from Japan, cooked with the traditional method. Although managed to cater with affordable pricing without sacrificing the quality by freshly manufacturing all products at our local kitchen in the Philippines.

We supply the freshly crafted Ramen noodles, Gyoza wrappers and Original Ramen soup base and sauces/condiments. Also open for business consulting such as menu development, startup consultation and not limited to.
