Most of us don't know what we can achieve — until we do it.
Here are five valuable lessons I’ve learn from running a 5K marathon.

1️⃣ May kanya kanya tayong starting points. Iba-iba ang edad, fitness level, nationality, etc; ganun din sa pagnenegosyo.
2️⃣ May kanya kanya tayong tools. Yung iba full gear, may proteksyon sa tuhod, may lagayan ng gadget, etc. Maging sa negosyo, we can equip ourselves with strategies and training para magawa natin ang negosyo.
3️⃣ Iba iba ang goal ng tumatakbo. May gusto pumayat, may gusto tumibay ang stamina, etc. Sa negosyo, may DEEPEST WHYs tayo bakit natin gusto gawin ang negosyo.
4️⃣ May iba iba tayong ways para maencourage matapos ang pagtakbo. Sa buhay at pagnenegosyo, nakakatulong ang pagbabasa ng libro, meditation at pagpapahinga.
5️⃣ Iba-iba ang eperience natin sa marathon. May napagod pero worth it, may nasaktan ang katawan, may di kinaya tapusin yung piniling goal, etc. Ganun din sa pagnenegosyo.

We can’t just go fast, all the time. Yes, SPEED is key in scaling a business, or in builidng one’s career; but so is ENDURANCE.☝️
