Hanan - In Philippine mythology, she is one of the daughters of Bathala, and stands as the goddess of the dawn (or morning). Her sisters, Mayari the goddess of the moon (a gooorgeous scindapsus as well 🤍💚), and Tala the goddess of the stars (🤞🏻hoping someone will discover another scindapsus endemic in the Philippines for this.. just thinking about it - - GETS ME THRILLED! ⭐️❤️)

Naughty nature

This carnivorous plant is called Nepenthes Holdanii and grows west of Cambodia, about 600-800 feet above sea level.
They use passive trap to catch bugs. The top edge of the plant, known as Peristomo, separates the nectar that attracts bugs into his death trap. In the plant's mouth, a slip layer called epicuticular wax causes the insect to lose balance and to slide to the base of the trap, full of rainwater, where they are finally struck.
