Learning Series | Principles of Design: Grouping
The principle of proximity is closely related to the principle of similarity, which states that two or more elements near each other are perceived as related.
Grouping similar elements near each other create visual harmony. Every element should be placed in the most optimal position for its purpose, and where it belongs.
Remember, "Closer, more connected."

Learning Series | Principles of Design: Contrast
Contrast can be the difference between a boring and exciting photo.
It's not just about the color choices—it's also about contrast. Combining textures, patterns and other visual elements will create interesting relationships between them.
Contrast is the difference between light and dark, between hot and cold, and between good and bad. And it’s how you set up your visuals to maximize the impact they make on your viewers.
Sometimes, the simplest contrast can be the most beautiful.

Due to the advancement of technology, people with disabilities now are having fun surfing the internet.
Through the use of screen readers, people who are blind or with visual impairment fully understand what captions are written in your post.
How can we help as a Social Media Manager? We can use Alt Text on our post.
What is Alt Text and why is it important?
Alt Text is a short written description of an image, which shows what the image is all about. It is critical for those with disabilities cause it relate the function and appearance of a photo or graphic that they cannot see.
Imagine it like a friend who describes what they ate during breakfast or how fluffy their new pet is. When you can't see, alt text is your eyes.
When you post a picture on your social media pages, Alt Text is the way upon which your content could be understood by a blind person (for example) by giving out simple but precise description of your photo.
Social Media is for all, we just have to present in differently sometimes.
