Q: Paano po ang pagkuha ng Health Certificate and Mayors Permit?

A: Makakakuha po kayo ng Health Certificate once na mag operate na po muli ang Sanitary Permit Office. Kung may medical na po kayo ay p**i dala nalang po ang ORIGINAL results para ma validate po natin at kung may mga medicals pa po na pwedeng magamit. Kapag mayroon na po kayong Health Card 2021 (NEW or RENEWED) ay pwede na po kayong kumuha sa 2nd floor ng Mayors Permit (with minimum requirements kindly visit the office for other requirements / makipag-ugnayan na lang po sa BPLO admin tungkol sa releasing ng MAYOR'S PERMIT).

Q: Paano po yung mga na expired naming medical/s for Health Certificate?

A: Dahil po sa pandemic ay tumigil muna sa pagbibigay ng Health Certificate kung ang inyong medical ay na EXPIRED from MARCH 22, 2021 onwards ay bibigyan po namin ng Consideration pero kung na expired po ang medical BEFORE kami mag no operation ay same process pa din po. Dahil nag no operation man po or hindi kung expired na ang medical nyo before march 22 ay hindi na po talaga ito tatanggapin ng Sanitary Permit.

Q: Paano po yung Deadline namin sa Sanitary Permit?

A: Ang mga Deadlines sa pagkuha ng Sanitary Permit ay pagbibigyan hanggang Dec 2021 ibig sabihin po pag nag resume na po ang office ng Sanitary Permit ay pwede na po kayong mag pasa kahit na lagpas na po sa deadline. Ang pagpapasa ay simula po sa aming muling pagbubukas hanggang dec 31 without PENALTIES as long as ma comply po natin ang mga minimum sanitary requirements.

Q: Kailan po ulit kayo mag ooperate?

A: Sa ngayon po ay wala pa din initial date kung kailan po muling tatanggap ng aplikante ang One stop shop para sa mga magpapa medical. Kami po ay mag popost sa aming page para po sa mga updates.

Sanitary Permit Requirements for FOOD and NON-FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS

Food Establishments
Heath Certificate Applications and Issuances for Employees of Food Establishments shall be suspended until 01 April 2021. Any delay in securing the necessary Sanitary Permit shall not result into any penalties.

Non-Food Establishments
As a requirement, Health Certificates of Employees are no longer required for the issuance of Sanitary Permits for Calendar Year 2021 for Non-Food Establishments.

However, Food and Non-Food Establishments shall still need to secure the necessary Sanitary Permits.

ISANG MAHALAGANG ANUNSYO

Pansamantala pong ititigil ang pagbibigay ng HEALTH CERTIFICATE at SANITARY PERMIT simula March 15, 2021 hanggang April 1, 2021. Ito po ay alinsunod sa ipinatupad na "Executive Order" ng ating lokal na pamahalaan.

Ang ating tanggapan ay sarado bukas February 12, 2021. Ito po ay kasabay sa pag-gunita ng pagdiriwang ng "Chinese New Year". At magbabalik-lingkod sa lunes February 15, 2021.

Para po sa mga magpapamedical, kukuha ng health/medical certificate for employment, at ng sanitary permit. Mangyari lamang po na humingi ng form at number sa labas ng cityhall sa may quadrangle, at hintayin po na paakyatin. Wag pong kalimutan magdala ng sariling ballpen at ID.

Magandang balita! Sa ilalim ng Pasig City Ordinance No. 03, s. 2021, magbibigay ng tax amnesty ang Pasig City Government para sa delinquent taxpayers.

Sa tax amnesty na ito, iwe-waive ng City Government ang pagbabayad ng penalties, surcharges, at interest bunsod ng hindi pagbabayad ng real property tax, idle land tax, business tax, at regulatory fees noong 2020 at mga nakaraang taon. Ibig sabihin, yung base taxes na lamang ang kailangang bayaran.

Ang nasabing amnesty ay tulong ng City Government para sa mga Pasigueño na lubhang naapektuhan ng pandemya.

Automatic na makaka-avail ng tax amnesty ang mga taxpayers na magbabayad simula February 3, 2021 hanggang sa June 30, 2021 basta walang problema sa negosyo at pag-aari na kanilang babayaran.

Samantala, hindi sakop ng tax amnesty ang mga sumusunod:
- businesses na may pending legal case
- businesses na isasailalim sa revenue examination
- properties na may pending legal case at litigation
- properties na pending sa expropriation
- properties na isasailalim sa public auction.

Business Permit Renewal Advisory

Alinsunod sa Resolution No. 10, s. 2021, extended pong muli ang assessment at pagbabayad ng 2021 Business Permit Renewal hanggang sa June 30, 2021. Ito ay para mabigyan pa ng mas mahabang panahon ang mga hindi pa nakakapag-ayos ng renewal dala ng pandemya at bilang konsiderasyon para sa ating kapwa Pasigueño na naapektuhan ng pandemya ang mga negosyo noong nakaraang taon.

Sa extension na ito, hindi mapapatawan ng penalty o surcharges ang mga mag-aasikaso pa ng business permit renewal hanggang sa June 30, 2021.

Para po sa mga magpapamedical sa ating tanggapan, maari lamang po na magdala ng ID, at sariling ballpen. Panatilihin po nating ligtas ang ating mga sarili. Salamat po.

Good news, business owners!

The deadline of assessment and payment for 2021 Business Permit Renewal has been further extended until February 3, 2021 (Wednesday). This gives you four (4) more days to complete the renewal process!

As of yesterday (January 28, 2021), out of the 28,000 registered businesses, approximately 91% already had their submissions assessed, 90% of which already paid the corresponding taxes, fees, and charges.

If you belong to the remaining registered businesses who have not completed the business permit renewal process yet, we highly encourage you to not wait until the last day of the deadline again so that we can avoid high volumes of transaction on the last day.
