Thank you for those who ordered for Dec 19- 20 delivery dates. It was our pleasure cooking the Ube Halaya for everyone.

We try our best to get the Ube Halaya to everyone fresh from the stove so that everyone will experience the difference in taste between freshly cooked ones and those that have been cooled in the ref.

There is also a difference in the texture of the Ube Halaya between freshly cooked and those refrigerated. It is milky, creamy and smooth if it is eaten freshly cooked while once cooled, it will be caramel like and "nougat" like.

Ibyang's Artisinal Ube Halaya is done by hand, no artificial flavors. We use premium butter and premium milk to create a caramel-like, chocolatey flavor while having a "nougat" like texture.

Clients will enjoy every bite. It is good dessert with coffee or tea after a scrumptious breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is actually a dessert for all occasion.

Some of our clients said that they were able to finish a round-200 grams ube Halaya in one sitting.
