Let me explain how we get rid of stored FAT in the body. During weight loss, FAT gets converted to carbon dioxide and water- in short po, WE BREATHE IT OUT. It is also misleading to say that calories do not matter. "CALORIES AND YOUR HORMONES HAVE A LOT TO DO WITH THE PROGRESS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY" whether you are following a good diet or a fad one, may it also be intermittent fasting or keto.

When you cut down on calories, YOU LOSE FAT. It takes about a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose a healthy pound of fat in a week (depending on one's Basal Metabolic Rate). Yeap! It takes a week, NOT A DAY so, do not expect to lose 5 kilos of fat overnight out of starvation, it may only be just water weight or muscle loss over a 48-hour course of protein oxidation (if you are not getting enough protein and amino acids in the body).

What I do suggest is focusing on following a sustainable lifestyle and good eating habbits that get you the right amount of CALORIES, MICRONUTRIENTS, MACRONUTRIENTS, PROPER FOOD COMBINATION, SUNSHINE, H20, EXERCISE & GOOD SLEEP these are the basic needs that your body requires in order to achieve your #20 percent exercise #80 percent healthy diet 100 percent self determination
