Modem - Kapag slow or unstable ang inyong Internet, maaaring ito ay mainit na. Mga dahilan ng pag init nito;

a. Kulob ang location / area kung nasaan ang inyong Modem. Maari din na ito ay may direct exposure sa init ng araw.

b. Congested. Maaring mas madami/malaki ang user upload kaysa sa Speed / Mbps na inyong subskripsyon.

Maaring red light kapag meron issue sa mga billings like unpaid MSF or malaki pa ang remaining balance. And or meron problema sa wirings like nabangga or nag collapse ang ppsteo.

Green light pero mahina slow padin, itawag po sa ating Customer Hotline : 02 8256-2888
at baka Kailangan din mag reset sa main para sa mga heated modem.

Paalala: Maaaring Hindi ka masagot or maka tawag sa Customer Hotline madalas sa Umaga dahil nagsasabay sabay ang mga incoming/received calls, kung kaya naman at mararapatin tumawag uli sa gabi.
