Last April to May 2023, DPHS celebrates Eco-Festival with the theme; Protect, Restore, and Preserve Ecosystem and Biodiversity: Clean Environment and Human Productivity.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all of you delapazians. Thank you for your participation and support in all the Activities prepared by Yours truly (YES-O), Science Club, and SSG.

For Incoming Grade 7:
✅ Grade 6 Completer
✅PSA Birth Certificate
✅Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form ( you may get it from School Guard on duty).

Transferee and Balik-Aral:
Grade 7 to 10
✅Report Card

✅Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form ( you may get it from School Guard on duty).
