Shopper Guidelines:

5. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER. ONCE CONFIRMED, CONSIDERED
AS SOLD. PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AS BOGUS / JOY RESERVER.

6. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND POLICY.

7. For payment deposit and request for cancellation of
order, please be informed that I WILL NOT REFUND ANY DEPOSIT MADE so might as well stick to the payment scheme and finish your obligation.

8. For shopper that have plans to unfriend and/or block this Online Shop (Martehja's Fashion Trends Easyshopnet) BUT with deposit made BUT does cover the whole amount of the item purchased,
please be informed that I WILL NOT REFUND your deposit nor give the item/s UNLESS you will settle your
remaining balance within 2 (Two) days or 48 hour once
the item on hand. 3 (Three) days after the item/s no update / feedback receive, transaction will be
cancelled without any liability and refund.

9. If your expected money / salary will not fall every
15-30 of the month, please PM feel free to message me so we can negotiate and update your invoice.

10. If missed any item on your invoice please PM me immediately. Whatever item is declared on your invoice, will only be those that will be delivered to you.
