For the better part of two decades, one iconic dish has become iconic to the Bugsy’s brand: our Buffalo Tenders. Our old regulars at the Bugsy’s BGC, Makati, and Ortigas branches couldn’t get enough of these crispy, tangy, and slightly spicy New York-style Buffalo Tenders–served with a thick Blue Cheese dip that never scrimped on the good stuff, and washed down with a refreshing cocktail.

We’re happy to tell you that Buffalo Tenders are back on the menu at our new Bugsy’s Café location in Valle Verde 1, along with other classic favorites like Marco’s Honey Garlic Tenders, Grilled Pork Chops, Margherita Flatbread, and 4-Cheese Flatbread.

Since our official opening last April 2024, we’ve discovered that several of our diners are returning customers, and that they couldn’t turn down the opportunity to chow down on our signature recipe Buffalo Tenders just like they did on date nights and after-work drinks with friends.
