OCAI Deputy Commander Jasper Reyes visited Nursery Nook Daycare's Community Helpers Day to share with the playclass how our OCAI Security and Traffic Marshals help the community. He shared with the young students road and pedestrian safety by teaching them how to read and understand road signs and showed them how to use walkie-talkies which delighted the students.

OCAI General Manager Maria Victoria Santiago had the honor of being a part of this year's Selection Committee for Natatanging Pasigueño, a long-standing tradition in the city where outstanding Pasiguenos are given recognition for their achievements. The 𝐆𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐠𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐧̃𝐨 was held on August 26 at the PLP Auditorium, Brgy. Kapasigan, Pasig City. Gracing the event were Pasig City Cong. Raul Venturina had an alignment meeting on July 23 with Barangay Wack-Wack Greenhills East Chairperson Margarita Tan Climaco. OCAI presented the 5-Year Masterplan while Brgy. Wack-Wack Greenhills East presented their Urban Development Plan.

Ortigas Center was blessed by a visit from Quiapo Church's Black Nazarene on 12 July 2024. A Mass was held at the Ortigas Park and was attended by OCAI Chairman Celso Ylagan II and his family, OCAI General Manager Vicky Santiago, some members of the OCAI Management Team, and OCAI Security and Maintenance Personnel.

On July 11, OCAI General Manager Vicky Santiago and OCAI Operations Manager Arch. Raul Venturina attended the 2nd Quarter Regular Meeting of the Pasig City Council for Culture and the Arts held at the People's Hall at the Pasig City Hall.

The OCAI Security and Maintenance Teams at the 3rd Quarter General Formation on July 5. Also awarded on the same day were Security and Maintenance personnel with notable performance.

On July 5, OCAI Director Ronaldo Sabella, OCAI GM Vicky Santiago, OCAI Operations Mgr. Arch. Raul Venturina attended the Barangay Wack-Wack Greenhills East Urban Design Plan Presentation at the Wack-Wack Social Hall. The urban design plan, presented by Archion Architects, aims to improve pedestrian mobility, create a safer neighborhood, and promote a healthier lifestyle among community members, while enhancing the urban character of the community.

Makati Hope Christian School Ortigas at St. Francis Square celebrated a milestone event with a thanksgiving and dedication on July 4. The event's special guest and keynote speaker was Mandaluyong City's Hon. Mayor Benjamin S. Abalos, Sr., while Makati Hope Christian School Board's President Sarah Roxas-Wage gave an inspiring message. OCAI GM Vicky Santiago and Operations Manager Arch. Raul Venturina attended the event.

The 𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐈 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 was held on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟗, 𝟏𝟏 𝐚.𝐦., at the Greenhills Christian Fellowship Function Hall. Present at the AGMM were 158 OCAI-Member representatives and proxies. The OCAI Board of Directors, representatives and special guests from the LGUs of Pasig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City, and the OCAI Management Team led by GM Vicky Santiago were in attendance and readily answered questions and concerns raised by stakeholders.

Also at the Meeting were Barangay San Antonio Pasig City's Chairman Thomas Raymond Lising and several barangay councilors and Barangay Wack-Wack Greenhills East Councilors, alongside stakeholders, special guests, and partners.

Manila Water will be conducting a line maintenance activity tonight, July 5, 10:00 p.m. until tomorrow morning, July 6, 6:00 a.m.. Kindly coordinate with your respective Property Managers and Building Administrators if your building will be affected and for any contingency plans during this period.

On July 2, OCAI Management Team celebrated with the rest of Pasig City its 451st Founding Anniversary at the 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.

Present at the parade were Mayor Vico Sotto, Vice Mayor Dodot Jaworski, Cong. Roman Romulo, City Council Members, and Pasig City Hall employees. Various national and local government agencies, schools, and barangays also participated in the parade that culminated at the Pasig City Hall.
