Start the flush in the morning before you eat.
Mix 1 blister or 10 capsules of sodium ascorbate powder or other non acidic Vitamin C powder in half a glass of pure water and drink or directly take in 10 capsules orally with water. Repeat every 15 minutes until your system “flushes”. You will release large amounts of fluid through the bowels. It can take from 2 – 4 hours depending on the total body weight of the person and metabolism.

This flush provides maximum absorption of Vitamin C and brings poisons from the blood and lymph out through the lining of the intestines.
