DIGICOM is extremely proud to announce that we will provide the state of the art NEC IP communications system solutions for the North South Commuter Railway ( NSCR ) Phase 1 project that covers a section of approximately 35.4 km and 9 stations from Solis to Malolos stations developed by Department of Transportation ( DOTR ).

The entire NSCR will be 147km and extend from Calamba to New Clark City Stations connecting Metro Manila from North to South ( Phase 2 ).

Role:
The Accounting Staff will assist the Finance team in all accounting activities within the organization and its group of companies.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining journal and ledgers, general bookkeeping, taxation and expense reporting, managing logistics, purchasing, coordinating between the office and its suppliers, and all accounting-related documentation and filing.
- Able to do invoicing and delivery receipts.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues, applying good customer service
- Issue re-bill documents to billing department where appropriate
- Maintain an accurate aging report, identifying delinquency and solution for collecting
- Prepare reports in according to specific deadlines
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates on invoices
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
- Actively resolve billing problems and account delinquency
- Prepare correspondence to customers encouraging payment of delinquent accounts
- Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
- Miscellaneous duties as required by the position

Requirements:
- Candidate must be possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Candidate should be confident in demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and leadership.
- Highly analytical and is capable of dealing and managing direct reports, co-workers and stake holders.
- Knowledgeable in computer applications like EXCEL, WORD or any Accounting Software .
- Can do bookkeeping reports and requirements for SSS, HDMF, BIR, Philhealth, CDA.
- Familiar with Tax Law and provisions.
- Can work under extreme pressure in a fast moving working environment, trustworthy, willing to learn and to be trained, strong sense of responsibility, has own initiative, self-motivated, willing to do field work.
