Sa walang-sawang panawagan ni Sen. Kuya Alan Peter Cayetano sa pagpapatigil ng operasyon ng POGO at pagsusugal sa bansa, lubos na nakagagalak ang pag-utos ni President Bongbong Marcos na pagbawalan na ang mga ito sa kanyang kakatapos lang na State of the Nation Address (SONA).

Binibigyang-diin ni Sen. Kuya Alan na ang pagbabawal sa mga ganitong aktibidad sa buong bansa — gaya ng ginawa ng Lungsod ng Taguig — ay susi sa pag-unlad.

Para sa ating mga kababayan sa Laguna, tutungo ang Medical Assistance Program nina Senator Kuya Alan Peter Cayetano at Senator Ate Pia Cayetano sa darating na Biyernes, July 19, 2024 sa Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City upang umagapay sa inyo!

Sa ilalim ng programang ito, matutulungan ang mga pasyente na nangangailangan ng pang-tustos sa kanilang hospital bills, mga gastusin sa gamot, medical procedures, at laboratory fees.

This week, Senator Kuya Alan Peter Cayetano joins the country in observing National Disability Rights Week and promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of persons with disabilities (PWDs).

In last year’s Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections, Sen. Kuya Alan batted for increased accessibility and suggested the crafting of legislation to allow the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to identify and assign persons with disabilities (PWDs) to vote in permanent designated areas.

To ensure a cleaner and healthier environment for Taguigeños, the City of Taguig held a cleanup drive, desilting, and dredging of creeks along Magsaysay Ave. in Brgy. Lower Bicutan last July 6.

This initiative led to a massive reduction in the trash collected from the trash traps installed in the area.

As part of Mayor Lani Cayetano’s vision of a more livable City, the local government continuously holds such initiatives that also help prevent flooding.

Brigada Eskwela is an annual initiative that brings together volunteers to clean and prepare our schools for the upcoming academic year. Your participation helps ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for our students.

What Will Volunteers Do?

- Clean classrooms and school grounds
- Paint school chairs and tables
• Repair fixtures
- Organize learning materials and school supplies

What Will the City Provide?

The City of Taguig will supply all necessary materials and tools. We just need your time, energy, and enthusiasm to make this event a success!
