Hello Fudees!
Look! It's baked, herbed lechon belly and chicken by Doreen's
First is the really crunchy belly. The good thing about this is that it has less oil. You can smell the thyme which greatly compliments the taste of the pork.
Second is the chicken. It is the same as the pork but without the crunch. The herbs really suit the chicken as it brings out it's flavor.
They also provided salsa as a side dish which we truly loved! Olive oil was added to have more flavor to the dish and a special vinegar which is the perfect partner for the crunchy pork.
Baking is a healthy way to cook pork and chicken. If the pork is well-seasoned, it lessens the fat aaaand... the taste explodes in your mouth.
