Tried beating this hot weather by making iced coffee using brewed kapeng barako. Not used to it but pwede na. I still prefer arabica & robusta beans and use my espresso machine or moka pot.

Baking Redvelvet Gourmet Cookies at the moment with its original white chocolate chips because I've been recently using white chocolate chunks which is good naman but I really prefer the white callets.
