Our judge for today is an active artist joining exhibits of different art groups and she has done commissioned work from art enthusiasts from Singapore 🇸🇬 , Washington and Virginia USA 🇺🇲 , Canada 🇨🇦 and Philippines 🇵🇭.
The first daughter and the fourth child of seven blanco siblings of the famed blanco family of artists, Ma'am Joy P. Blanco .
