The Business Matching Activity aims to connect and link institutional buyers and OTOP assisted food and non-food manufacturers to establish a possible tie-up in terms of products, services, and networks. It also aims to create helpful business partnerships and opportunities that mutually benefit both parties.

Aside from the Business Matching Activity, there was also an information session on digital solutions particularly the Peddlr platform, inputs about the digitalization campaign, and buying local advocacy and product photoshoots of the OTOpreneurs.

The business idea started when his husband bought a big jar of guinamos in Cebu City, then when it’s time for them to check in their luggage at the airport, the big jar of guinamos could not be checked in onboard the airplane unless it was wrapped in a styrofoam box. They were forced to leave it behind since they were short on time and didn't want to miss the flight. When she thought of pursuing this kind of business, she constantly thought back to that situation and the reason she made sure Radin Special Guinamos wouldn't be left in an airport, whether domestically or overseas.

Her husband, Dr. Conrado P. Pantaleon, Jr. was the inspiration and the one who started making guinamos because his dad, who was also a medical doctor was fond of making one. Her food science, microbiological expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit paved the way for Radin Special Guinamos.

From displaying their products at OTOP Hub - Gaisano, and in all leading groceries and malls in Southern Mindanao and other nearby provinces, getting the HALAL Certification, which allows them to market their products as pasalubong in the Middle East, and to finally being granted an FDA-LTO approval as an exporter, and securing FDA Community Clearance and FDA Export Clearance for the first shipment to California, USA.

These are only a few of the milestones they were able to achieve. She never thought of reaching this far and never in her dreams to make it big. But with God’s grace, meeting the right people, getting the right assistance from the different government agencies, and stumbling blocks, and overcoming obstacles, THEY MADE IT! Cleo's Food Products did not have a simple path to success. She worked as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Japan from 2004-2009 as a Chef for the Ambassador at the Embassy of Botswana.

When she returned to the Philippines, she decided to pursue a teaching degree in Cebu City. After passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers, she was hired as an instructor for Food Service at Cebu Technical University from 2012-2014.

As Cebu is known for its delicious chicharon, she decided to return to her homeland of Bayugan City in 2017 and make her version of the beloved local snack. Most of her customers who tried it thought it was wonderful, thus it was a big success!

At that moment, people associated "Cleo's" with their well-known chicharon, which was their best-seller product. And this March 30, 2023, she will have the grand opening of her Cleo's Store, which is located in the Bayugan City Bus Terminal as a result of the success of her business.
