Come by and make your own charcuterie boards! Have a long union lunch break with pizza then back to sanding and finishing your board. You can cook your pizza in our wood fired brick oven or have the pros do it for you. By appointment only. Includes one wooden serving board (epoxy extra) and lunch - P980.00 starting 8am! Choose from mahogany, coconut wood or pick through our fruit tree wood pile, maybe guava or mango wood charcuterie board? You will cut on a band saw, router mill, sand and finish your board in the afternoon. Instructors will over see your progress and keep you on schedule!

Kinilalang ikalawa sa pinaka malakas at maanghang na hot sauce ang gawang Palawan na Dejabruha Maldita Fiery Food Hot Sauce, na sariling gawa ng laking Iwahig na artist at businesswoman na si Mell Fernandez.

Ang parangal ay buhat sa Philippine Hot Sauce Club, kung saan buong bansa ang nagsumite ng entry.

Ayon kay Fernandez, ang nanalong Dejabruha na ginawa niya ay "exclusive" para sa Artisans Resto dito sa Puerto Princesa.

Barbecue Hot Sauce ito na hinaluan niya ng kape, santol wood chips at yellow habanero, ang mga sangkap nito na dito lang sa lungsod nanggagaling, partikular sa Suma Farm sa Brgy. Sta Monica, at sa Aloha House.

Hindi na bago kay Mell ang manalo sa Philippine Hot Sauce Club, taong 2017 pa siya sumasali dito at mula noon ay nakakakuha na siya ng puwesto sa kompetisyon.

Ang Maldita Fiery Foods ay available sa iba't-ibang Resto sa Palawan, gaya ng Coron, El Nido, Port Barton at dito sa lungsod.

Ayon pa kay Mell, passion niya ang paggawa ng hot sauce na nagsimula ng magtanim siya ng mga chili, at nung namunga ay may nag-suggest sa kanya na bakit hindi niya gawing negosyo ang paggawa ng hot sauce.

Isa rin sa adbokasiya niya ang matulungan ang mga magsasaka ng sili sa Palawan.
