"Strength meets Sophistication"
The 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐄 exudes a Brutalist house aesthetic that embraces a tough and unyielding exterior, characterized by strong geometric shapes and the prominent use of concrete. The visible grains of board-formed concrete on its facade display a textured, rugged appearance that highlights the material's raw and natural beauty.
Yet, behind its formidable exterior is a surprising juxtaposition. The home’s interiors embrace an elegant and minimalist approach through its clean lines, neutral color palettes, and carefully curated furnishings. Integrated with functional and seamless features to achieve visual harmony, the uncluttered and refined aesthetic of the interiors create a lasting appeal and a sense of tranquillity throughout the spaces.

Project Title: The Barton House
Floor Area: 349sqm.

The Barton house embodies the concept of tropical brutalism formed in geometric shapes and exposed interiors. Notable breeze blocks give contrast to the solid structure at the same time allow the wind to pass without too much exposure from outside, showcasing the grand staircase from the façade.

The double floor height of the grand entrance between two blocks wrapped in glass allows the light to flow throughout the interior, which features exposed concrete and wooden detailing, and is meant to serve as a "blank canvas" for a variety of tactile, colorful objects and furnishings.

Project Title: Navaya House
Floor Area: 287sqm

The Navaya House is a re-conception of architectural modernism. The structure appears to be floating, supported by pillars allowing air to circulate beneath. In achieving a full glass façade, the open flat roof allows a space for trees to grow while reducing the heat coming from west.

The curved glass on each side blends the garden that creates natural division and transition between the leisure and residential space.

Project Title: CELESTE
Floor Area: 335sqm

Celeste is conceptualized to create a relaxed and calming environment through the use of modern and minimalist styles. The design is balanced and has a great contrast with the use of both linear and non-linear elements. Circular staircase inspired by celestial spiral served as a sculptural central feature of the house matching the curved of exterior façade receiving a full natural light.
The cantilevered block is covered by glass panels that are manually operated by rotating to its desire degree of ventilation and can be open over the entire front providing a visual rest and brings uniform light to the room.

Floor Area: 180sqm

Exhibiting simplicity and directness of bare materials, the Blended is a strategically designed contemporary home with its open-plan layout and minimal interior design. The fusion of heavy textures and its uncluttered design sensibilities create a lightweight appearance, despite its accents of raw finishes. Its creative expression of using rough materials with its architectural and interior elements captures the essence of abiding beauty amid the bareness.

Project Title: BÉTON BRUT
Floor Area: 186sqm

The Béton-brut, a pure, sculpted monolith, is a perfect definition of an understated architecture.

It features not one, but three separate volumes arranged in a staggered formation on different levels to hide its layout. Each level is linked by a staircase, designed as an element to bring a softer accent to the rigid interior.

Inside, the use of the most inanimate materials revealed a picturesque abode. The translucent acrylic glass floods the muted color palette of the interior with natural gradient light to give a versatile and comfortable ambiance to the spaces.

The design aims to expose the soft side of brutalist architecture. It draws strength from the raw concrete finished to create a monumental form.

Project Title: OBSIDIAN
Floor Area: 500sqm

Filled by all-encompassing blackness of the structure with a subtle touch of brutalism, The Obsidian is the epitome of elegance dressed in dark.

The gloominess of its exterior and interior is an
invitation to state of drama and coziness simultaneously.

Located on a steep slope, embracing its topography, The Obsidian is barely visible from frontage and caters generous openness from its inside.

The house’s overall characteristic is present to achieve the goal of showcasing the nature’s tranquility while retaining the privacy of the user.

Featuring our new media console from our Nabi Collection.

The Nabi Console is thoughtfully designed that exhibits the combination of Zen and Mid-century design. The tempered glass on top beautifully showcases its intricate details on wood joinery and open storage that makes it a standout piece.

Featuring ample skylights and large windows, the Ridgepoint Panorama exhibits a modern flair to a contemporary home. Its irregularly shaped facade welcomes you to an open floorplan showcasing statement furniture pieces that adds depth and character to an otherwise minimalist space. Its large and dramatic windows create a connection of the indoors and outdoors that results in a simultaneously airy and comfortable living space. Its mixture of both straight and elegantly curved lines, concise color combinations, and plays of texture and tonal pattern seen through its architecture and interior design creates a warm and perfectly balanced luxurious simplicity.

People are choosing to downsize their houses to reduce their living costs, become eco friendly and most probably for their joy of living with less.

The Wee House shows off that living in a miniature can also be efficient. The effortless exterior design owns a well-planned spaces behind it.
The ultra compact interior forces the house to cater multifunctional fixtures which allow the user to make the most of
their space with it's multi-​purpose features.

Overview:
A fresh look at vacation homes, the "Glass Cabin" reinvigorates the idea of a rustic retreat; a modern cabin in the woods. Black steel structure and large glass windows make for a seamless transition of the indoor & outdoor that filter in sunlight on its Mid-century modern interior. A backdrop of the ground’s bonfire is the cherry wood panels and a firewood rack that compliment statement pieces by Marcel Breuer; such as the Wassily chair and the B33 dining chair. Situated at the back of the house is a wood deck with stairs leading to a large terrace with a magnificent view of the lake. The glass cabin is truly a welcome breath of fresh air.
