Happy Independence Day! Let's Celebrate together with Inumin Manila proud to be an original Filipino brand.

The original Independence Day was held in 1898 in present day Kawit, Cavite where General Emilio Aguinaldo read out the The Act of the Declaration of Independence. Whilst this was an important milestone for Filipinos, the Spanish government did not recognise their independence.

They then went on to give the Philippines to the United States after the Spanish-American war as part of the peace treaty. After a war and the Philippines’ own treaty with the United States, independence was granted to the Philippines on 4 July 1946, coinciding with the American Independence Day.

4 July was celebrated as Independence Day until 1964. After mounting pressure from the community, the government declared that 12 June would be The Philippines’ Independence Day and a national holiday. 4 July in the Philippines would then become the Philippines’ Republic Day.

Barista and Commissary Crew

•Welcoming customers by determining their product interests and needs, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
•Educates customers by presenting and explaining the tea drink menu
•Prepared milk tea, fruit tea, frappe, coffee, mixed drinks, and other beverages based on standard recipes and procedures
•Will prepare to cook sandwiches and snack
•Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
•Increasing the sales levels of your assigned outlet
•Learning about beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve product quality.
•Preparing, counter checking, securing, and submitting all the required reports, counter checking sales with daily deposits, and submitting them on schedule
•Monitoring the daily inventory, preparing inventory reports and submitting them on schedule and Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
•Cleaning and Bussing (sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, washing) of all items/equipment/containers/utensils in the store/kiosk/bar, including throwing out the trash and maintaining a pest-free commissary area.
•Ensures that outlet standards are followed at all times on customer service, product preparation
•Adhering to all food safety, sanitary regulations, and quality controls.
•Assist in Ordering of stocks for the branch
•Helping out on getting deliveries
•Accountability for the branch equipment and small wares
•Practice integrity and honesty at all times

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be Fully Vaccinated with booster shot preferred
•Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hotel Management or equivalent.
•preferrably living near MPLACE Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City
•Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service
•Willing to be trained and to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
•Willing to work in shifting schedule
•Exceptional listening and communication skills.
•Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
•A polite, engaging personality.
