Flexible rubber magnets are magnetized on one side only with very fine stripes of north-south-north-south polarity running down the length of the sheet. What is a pot magnet?

As we all know, a pot magnet is a magnet system that embedded powerful NdFeB magnets into a durable steel cup or channel. It’s also named as a cup magnet or mounting magnet, holding the magnet.

Many shapes are round base, but if you need other shapes like the rectangular mounting magnet, we can make a custom cup magnet for you. The mounting magnet usually comes with a hole, especially countersunk hole, this design will help for mounting with standard hardware (nuts and bolts), as well as various hooks.

Advantages of Pot Magnet

Compared with single neodymium countersunk magnet, pot magnet has more advantages:

BRADS offers this service to both new and existing customers, providing full documentation which can be used together with existing HACCP & GMP procedures. We use a certified gauss meter to test the gauss strength of the magnetic separators. The gauss meter is calibrated on an annual basis and we supply a copy of the calibration certificate which may be required by auditors.
The report also assesses the general state of the magnets and identifies where remedial action is required. We also supply accompanying tags & photographs which are included in the certificates for ease of identification.
