Ngayong GCQ, marami pa rin sa atin ang hindi makabalik sa trabaho. Isa na rito ang ating mga jeepney drivers na karamihan ay hindi makapagtrabaho dahil sila ay hindi pa pinapayagan makapagbiyahe sa ilalaim ng GCQ. Dahil dito, kami sa The Playgroup Don Antonio ay magkakaroon ng Special Father’s Day class sa Linggo, 9:30-10AM. Ito ay ipapalabas sa aming page. Hindi naman sapilitan ngunit kami ay manghihingi ng kaunting donasyon para sa ating mga jeepney drivers. Kayo po ay maaring magpadala sa aming BDO, BPI, Paymaya, GCash o kaya PayPal accounts. Ipadala ang proof ng inyong donasyon sa aming page sa ganitong format: Name, Amount, Account Deposited To. Malayo po ang mararating ng inyong magiging donasyon—20 pesos man yan o higit pa. Salamat. Asian Theological Seminary makes its second delivery to the Quezon City Jail. Previously, we delivered facemasks, big jars of alcohol, PPEs, and packed lunch for the Jail personnel. This time, the Lord has blessed us with great responses from the community and aside from the QC Main Jail in Kamuning, we were able to send supplies to their center in Payatas as well. You may still send your gifts in bulk and in cash until May 30 only which is the last phase of the project. There's so much to be thankful for. God bless you immensely!

Hindi namin nakalimutan ang Donation Drive na ito! We apologize for not updating this page over the past couple of weeks. We were finally able to have PPE delivered to some of our batchmates and friends who are healthcare workers in different hospitals. They are:

Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center c/o Dr. Raymund Llobrera;
City General Hospital c/o Dr. Jenica Cartas;
Philippine Orthopedic Center c/o Dr. Goncero;
United Doctors Medical Center c/o Jurica C. de Leon and
National Children’s Hospital c/o Sarah Tenedero.

We were able to give them surgical and FFP2 masks, bunny suits, 1 gallon of alcohol (POC), and surgical gloves as well.

We would like to thank Protect Healthcare Workers, Save More Lives for six boxes of surgical gloves and Ms. Ong for two more boxes of surgical gloves and one gallon of alcohol, and to all those who have donated cash even though you could have used it for yourself or your family during this pandemic. We are also very grateful to those who have relentlessly reposted our stories, photos, and other posts.

Maraming, maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tumulong sa donation drive na ito. Mayroon pa po kaming mga updates sa mga susunod na araw dahil marami pa po tayong ibang natulungan sa ating collective effort.

Kahit MECQ na po tayo, huwag po nating kalimutang mag-ingat at gampanan ang ating “best” upang masugpo natin ang COVID-19 nang tuluyan. Maghugas ng kamay (literally ha) or gumamit ng alcohol and observe proper hygiene. Pagdasal rin po natin lahat ng ating agam-agam. Hindi pa po tapos ang laban, marami pang nangangailangan.

Dear Everyone,

First of all, we hope you have the patience and time to read through this long post. 😅

We would like to thank y’all for the overwhelming support you’ve given this donation drive the past two weeks! The generous blessings you’ve shared (whether monetary, time, PPEs, food, service or even by just sharing the numerous updates we’ve posted) really helped us reach our goal of P50,000 and even beyond at P113,000+! That’s more than 200% in less than two weeks! We could not help but think that nothing is too small when we really want to help.

For the second wave of this donation drive, for a span of at least a week, we would be concentrating with the COLLECTION OF PLEDGES for PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT for our front-liners first before procurement. If you still want to help, or know somebody who would, please support our NEW GOAL of P110,000 which would cover 100 PPE BUNNY SUITS and 400 n95 MASKS. This wave would run from April 16 to 30. Once we’ve reached half the amount, we would start ordering the PPEs and masks. Because of this, DELIVERY of items for the FRONT-LINERS arm of this drive would be put on hold. However, you could STILL SEND US A DONATION REQUEST but delivery may not be as immediate as the first wave.

Don’t worry! Our CHARITY ARM would still be open to RECEIVE and GIVE donations. Please inform us if you want to allocate your donation for the “PLEDGE FOR PPEs” or the “50%(Front-liners) -50%(Charity)” arm. Please check the link in the comment box below for the pledge form.
