Renovation projects are always more challenging than starting from ground and up. There will always be things that will come up in the middle of the transformation that we need to handle. More often than not, they are very critical to the overall design. But out of the surprises that we get, this is probably the cutest ❤🐱

This featured project site doesn't look like it's in the Philippines. It's our first time to encounter pine trees frolicking by the beach. The cat tail grass also adds a rustic atmosphere to the place. The overall surrounding is very picturesque. Excited to do this project!
