Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop design concepts and space plans.
- Assist in producing detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using CAD software and Sketch up.
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, and furniture to support design concepts.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project requirements.
- Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Previous experience or internships in interior design or architecture is a plus.

- Proficient in using basic computer applications and sales software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Duties:
- Answer phone calls and provide information to customers
- Reply to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels
- Track and manage customer information in the database
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals

1-𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭
Qualifications:
- Age: Not more than 32 years old
- Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and operations
- Proficient in graphic design and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to track and manage customer information
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle various adhoc tasks

Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Edit and create marketing graphics and materials
- Track and manage customer information in the database
- Reply to customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Assist in delivering products to customers
- Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and other adhoc duties
