Steps to self-Love:

1. You forgive your parents, siblings,husband/wife(family) etc and YOURSELF... Completely.

2. You stop carrying those BAGS that are so heavy. You also STOP talking continously about them(see step 1)

3. You speak out when you feel hurt or when your boundaries have been crossed. This NEVER means you blame other people for how you feel. How you react is 100% on you. Lots to process with this.

4. You give yourself permission to BE HAPPY. So many of us give ourselves permission to be miserable, why not try Joy and laughter too? (see next step) 😊

5. You allow yourself to laugh for no reason and cry for no reason, to dance for no reason and to stay silent and have your alone time for no reason👇

You stop needing to explain yourself to everyone. This has a lot to do with you not valuing yourself/ your self-esteem.

6. You allow yourself to disagree with your friends and family. This is all about respect. But you don't disagree in hatred.

7. You STOP taking yourself and life too seriously... are you easily hurt and offended? How's that been working out for you?

8. You get to sit in silence in awe of God/life/Being and feel the incredible love in that presence. It isn't something you have to gain or earn(like how other people "love" you, right? That kind of provibg "love" is tiring)...

I love you IF You become this or that, if you don't do or do this or that....conditional vs Beingness.

10. Give yourself permission to be at peace.

Oh this is so important.

It's beautiful to wake up in peace, go through your day in peace and lay down at night in peace ❤️
👉 this doesn't mean you won't have challenges... It means you go through challenges with genuine peace not fake peace(naka smile ka pero umiiyak ka na dahil sa sakit or galit ka na talaga sa loob see #3)

Last: You give yourself permission to make mistakes and you love and forgive yourself for making them. This is inevitable. You will slip up.

Remember: The only way to not hurt anyone is to be "a nice dead person."😊

Love is greater than hate.
Love is greater than any fear, any pain any past experience. Love heals.

Why?

Many of us will keep false hopes alive because we have become delusional because of our own fears of "losing" someone.

We stay not because we Love but we are so afraid of being hurt.

👉You Never "lose" someone because you never owned them to begin with. You only LOSE YOURSELF.

A lot of relationships suffer when we "force" change. More resentment builds up. Don't believe this. Try it out. Let other people "force" you to do something you don't like and see how long you can last without resentment, which is the posion that eats away relationships.

Also Remember...

People may change under two circumstances:

#1 We change because we've had enough of pain and suffering. Sobra na silang nahihirapan sa buhay and they come to a realization that THEY are capable and responsible to make their situation better.

Sadly, even with so much pain and suffering people still may choose not to change.

Some studies show that even in life or death situations concerning our health only a small percentage of people will actually make Lifestyle changes to GET BETTER.

Think about this for a second. Kahit BUHAY mo na ang naka taya...many of us still don't change.

👉Don't let people change for YOU. Let them change for THEMSELVES. This is the only thing sustainable.

👉"Nag bago pa naman ako para sa yo! tapos eto ginawa mo!!!" Pak👋grounds for massive manipulation. So many people do this.

You can also...

#2 We change from the inside because we are in-spired and have experienced Joy, gratitude, Peace and LOVE and want to continue experiencing life this way. We realize WE CREATE THIS and we do not find it outside ourselves....

Once you make the choice to change and BE Better.... One guarantee is life definitely GETS BETTER.
