Some FAQs. Any school official/teacher following this page can correct any of the below information:

1. We can't officially give the telephone number of the school as we are not authorized by anyone to do so. If you have very specific questions it is best to visit the school and ask the admin directly, they are very accommodating.

2. As far as we know, if Student A wants to transfer to Quezon City Science High School, Student A should come from a Regional Science High School (i.e. Regional Science HS for Region I, Region II etc). That's the case for Junior High School, we are unsure if the same applies for Senior High School.

3. We only know of Junior High School (Grade 7) Entrance Exams. Most, if not all, Senior High School Students are Junior High School Graduates of the Quezon City Science HS as well. We have no information of Senior HS applications.

4. We have no info about Grade 7 Application Results.

DISSEMINATION OF THE GUIDELINES OF QUEZON CITY SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR SY 2019-2020.pdf

(INFO REGARDING GRADE 7 APPLICATION)

We can't answer all of your inquiries regarding application for Quezon City Science HS as this remains to be a page created by alumni of the school and not the official one.

The only information we currently know are the ff.

1. In order to qualify for the entrance exammination you will need to have a quarterly grade of 85 and above in Math Science and English as well as 83 and above for the rest of the subjects for SY 2018-19.

2. You will need to get an application form currently available at QCSHS Guard House. You have to fill out two copies of this form.

3. You will need 4 copies of 1 x 1 photos. Certified copy of your 2018-19 report card. Certification from school about academic standings and good moral.

Further Questions can be directed to the school once you obtained the forms available at QCSHS Guard House.

Finally deadline of submission of requirements is November 29, 2018.
