In this session, Thy Thy will teach you how to bring your mind and heart together and achieve the most nutritious and delicious Vietnamese food preparations.

In this 6 hour theory, demo and semi hands-on session, you will learn how to cook the following dishes: Gỏi Cuốn (Fresh Spring Rolls), Chả Giò (Fried Spring Rolls), Bún Thịt Nướng (Grilled Pork with Rice Noodles and Fresh Salad), Phở bò (Beef Noodle Soup), Cháo gà (Vietnamese Chicken Rice Porrage), Bánh Khoai Mì Nướng (Baked Casava Cake) and Cà Phê Trứng (Vietnamese Coffee) & Cà Phê Muối (Vietnamese Salt Coffee)
