The UP Law Bar Review Institute hosted the panel discussion of Political Law experts on 12 September 2024 for the Suggested Answers to the 2024 Bar Examinations.

The Suggested Answers to the Bar Examinations is submitted to the Supreme Court for its consideration. This also serves as guide to future Bar takers and students of law.

This week, the UP Law Bar Review Institute held two (2) live Q&A Sessions.

The following day, it held its live Q&A session for topics on Corporation Law (RCC), Partnership, Banking Laws, Securities Regulation Code, Electronic Commerce Act, and Access Devices Registration Act.

We would like to thank Prof. Jay Batongbacal who answered questions and discussed pertinent case doctrines in Public International Law. Our sincerest gratitude also to Prof. Paolo Tamase who answered questions on Citizenship, Law on Public Officers, Administrative Law, and Local Governments and shared valuable tips on how to answer Bar questions and other study tips to our reviewees. Lastly, we thank Prof. Lee Yarcia for graciously sharing his time to respond to the questions of our reviewees in the Bill of Rights.

The UP Law Bar Review Institute held its face-to-face lecture earlier today with Prof. Charadine S. Bandon on Tax Remedies. We would like to thank everyone who attended today’s lecture!

Next week, Prof. Bandon will discuss Judicial Remedies, Local Taxation and Real Property Taxation. This face-to-face lecture is on Monday (April 22), 2:00-:30PM at the Malcolm Theater, UP College of Law, Diliman, Quezon City.
