Pharma Quest Co is seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff member to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily operations and clerical tasks. We are looking for individuals with exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing assignments effectively and completing them on time. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on customer service are essential qualities for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with management on necessary projects; work independently on delegated tasks
✅ Ensure a well-organized, clean, and tidy workspace
✅ Maintain and replenish office supplies as required
✅ Monitor and utilize office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
✅ Perform basic bookkeeping and record-keeping duties
✅ Report any issues with office equipment and assist in resolving problems
✅ Answer phones, direct calls, take and convey messages; prepare outgoing mail, including larger packages; sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients

Requirements and Qualifications:
✅ College level or Senior High School Graduate
✅ Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Suite
✅ Confidence in using office machinery (printers, photocopiers, etc.)
✅ Fast and proficient typist
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced company driver. Will be assigned to drive our team to clients and events. Someone who knows how to drive manual and automatic transmissions (Van, SUV, Sedan). Someone who has a dynamic personality as other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the company vehicle by performing regular inspections, checking the oil, brakes, and tires, and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhering to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Ensuring that all necessary paperwork, such as logs, trip reports, and delivery receipts, are completed accurately and on time.
• Following established routes or maps, and adapting to changing traffic or weather conditions as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out.
• Reporting any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to the company promptly.
• Maintaining a safe driving record.
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other company personnel as needed.

Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in driving
• Driver’s License (A and B)
• NBI Clearance
