LONG POST AHEAD: Just like every other Businesses, there is always the ups and downs in every aspect of what we do.We encountered a lot of mishaps and fiascos in between creating more situation that sometimes beyond our control. But hey, we survived!

2 VA's, 1 Packer, 1 Delivery guy, 1 graphic/video designer, and 2 leader/owners, how easy it could be? It is not actually.

To be honest, the Philippine Toy Market is the most ooover saturated market that you will experience; how many of us compete? 50+, some are Chinese and those big Toy conglomerates. And yet, here we are trying to pack a piece of 26 pesos #400 sanding sponge for a P10 profit lol.

But why? Why do we even do it? What will we gain for this? For us? It's happiness. We gain satisfaction, and also the understanding on how businesses change people's lives.

As a VA, sometimes we face challenges or concerns to some of our customers, we tried to explain it to our bosses, but our bosses just responded: "It's OK, they are all VIP, buyer natin Sila"

And what is the secret of a successful Business?

Customers. The Raving Fans.

I realized that the only secret and mixture that my boss explains all the time is that you always boil down to how you serve. Food, clothing or toys It doesn't matter if you will serve it to a monkey, or to a Lion, You always try to serve it gracefully.

I realized that our Bosses worked in a Hotel Industry, one thing for sure that they know how customer service works.

That's why the secret of a successful Business Brand is not how much money you earn from it, but how much people or customers trust you.

Couple of Days more, and it will be the 'ber months' season. Now that we survived another half of the year, we just wanted to thank everybody for trusting our shop! Thanks for staying with us, giving us a chance to show what we can offer!
