Bakit importante ang Wellness Evaluation? kasi dito mo malalaman ang mga sumusunod:

1. Body fat percentage-(subcutaneous)porsyento ng taba na nasa ilalim ng balat. daladala ng katawan mo sa arwarw sanhi ng mbigt na dalahin sa katawan, dapt mlamn kung nasa excellent or good ka ba? dahil kung bad yan maaring magkaron or mging sanhi ng madaling mapgod at hingal..

2.Visceral fat -ay taba na hindi nakukuha ng basta exercise lang. eto ay bumabalot sa mga vital organs ng tao na kadalasan nagiging sanhi ng diabetes, hypertension, stroke, cancer etc.

3.Body weight... bawat tao ay dapat nasa ideal weight ayun sa kanyang height. Eto lang ang timbang na kayang suplayan ng dugo galing sa puso. Kung ikaw ay overweight, hirap magpump ng dugo ang puso.

4.Body water - importanteng malaman ang body water percentage upang makatulong sa normal function ng katawan. Pag kulang sa tubig maaring maging sanhi ng recurring headache, constipation, dry skin, etc.

5.Muscle Mass - napakahalaga na mamonitor natin:. maaring kaya pumapayat ang tao ay dahil bumababa ang muscle mass dahil sa hindi tamang pag lose ng wieght..our body is made up of mucles, even our organs, pag bumababa ang muscle natin hihina immune system natin madali tayong mangalay n mapagod.

6. Metabolic age - edad ng katawan. maaring mas bata or mas matanda sa biological age mo. Minsan nagtataka tayo kung bakit at paano namatay ang isang tao kadalasan sinasabi natin "ang bata pa nya. hindi naman mataba bakit high blood, or nastroke etc... kasi baka dahil mataas ang body fat at matanda ang metabolic age hindi nya alam.

Ang tanong : Importante ba ang Wellness Evaluation?

Kung nabasa mo ito at gusto mo malaman ang result mo . PM lang . FREE naman yan. walang mawawala, maraming matutunan.

Visceral Fat is the fat that is wrapped around our heart and other vital organs.

It is also the fat that is deposited around our arteries. Too much of visceral fat deposit causes blockage of blood flow in arteries.

HEART ATTACK happens when the blockage occurs in heart arteriea; STROKE happens when the blockage occurs in brain arteries.

BAD NEWS is visceral fat cannot be burn through any exercise at all.

So if anyone of you out there who decides to start exercising hoping to burn your visceral fat, sadly to know that no matter how much you exercise, your visceral fat will stay the same.

Visceral fat can only be reduced through diet (what you eat daily) and supplements.

1 to 4: Excellent
5 to 8: Healthy to improve
